Mr. Obama is finally releasing the text of a speech he proposes to give to school children next week. Mr. Obama’s puppets are already pointing to the contents of the speech and criticizing those who have been opposed to his upcoming address: “See, there’s nothing political in the speech. You were making a big deal out of nothing.”
The fact is that the very things that many suspect would be in the speech may very well have been in the speech. Mr. Obama could have written anything in his original version of the speech; he has had over a week since the furor began to rewrite the speech and attempt to bury the truth of the original purpose and content of his speech. Given that he has populated his “administration” with political radicals whose political tactics include the indoctrination of children and the subversion of those children against their parents, it seems likely that the original speech would have been exactly what the critics contend, had they remained silent.
