This fall has been a fun one but not without it’s challenges.
It seems to have been the year of the 2 year olds, and most have a very strong idea of what they want to do and what they don’t. Staying in one place so I can take a photo of them is definitely not on the list of things they like to do.
Babies have been in abundance as well and even they seem to sense the camera or the fact that we all want them to look their best and smile pretty for the camera! Oh the pressure!
Well in the last few weeks I have found myself doing a few “reshoots” or shall we say …. can we try that again? Thankfully the 2nd time around seems to have been just what was needed for what ever reason. The Clark family is one of those 2nd try families and I have to say, so glad I did, it gave me a chance to get to know them a little bit better. The first one here at my house/studio lasted , maybe 20 minutes. Just not enough time for me. I got a small handful of images that were ok but not at all what I like to see , so … 2nd time around I thought I would try their house. I was hoping they would be less distracted and more comfortable, and yahoo, they were. A very different look than the studio but I like it too.
Kadence, Rylan and Jaxon were lots of fun. I managed to capture them in their own home a bit here and a bit there between the chips, sour cream and onion that is!
thanks again Karen
